Can I keep some of the wood/woodchips?
Yes, we are happy to leave logs or wood chips onsite.
Will my property be clean when you’re done?
We take great pride in taking care of our customers. We treat your home like it's our own. We clean up all brush and debris from your property before we leave.
Will my lawn be damaged by tree work?
Most of the time, we can use ground protection mats on your lawn to prevent or minimize damage. If necessary, we will use a crane, ensuring no heavy machinery is parked on the lawn, garden, or other delicate surfaces.
Will you grind or remove the stump?
We can grind or remove stumps for an additional fee. Stump grinding is not included in the cost of tree removal. Wood chips are typically left in the hole after grinding a stump unless other arrangements are made when scheduling your service.

Can you provide an estimate over the phone? I can send pictures...
No, we need to see your property and the trees in question to provide a proper estimate. A certified arborist must inspect the trees, while also evaluating access to the property, to determine the best plan for you.
Do I need to be home for you to provide an estimate? I can mark the trees for you...
You don’t need to be home for us to provide an estimate. We just need to visit the property and examine the trees in person. We may have questions, but we can discuss these over the phone. However, it’s best if we can meet at the property together.
Do I need to be home when you perform tree work?
No, you do not need to be home for work to be done. We just need to ensure full access to the work area.
